Xarios Technologies’ go to market strategy is via OEM agreements with communication platform vendors, country and vertical distribution partners and individual resellers. As Managing Director, Robin brings his extensive technical and operational experience to Xarios. Having worked at Xarios for a number of years prior to his current appointment, he was previously responsible for operations, including customer service, support, training and ensuring that Xarios applications are professionally installed. Robin also used his experience to lead the professional services team, who ensure bespoke applications are delivered in line with the customer specifications, efficiently and on time.
Chris brings development, technical and commercial skills to the Xarios Technologies team. He has been instrumental in bringing many of the applications to market in a way that has inspired partners to make Xarios Technologies a cornerstone of their product portfolio. Chris has a BSc in computer science from Manchester University and has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
Peter has over 25 years experience in IT working in a number of business sectors including financial services, telecoms, local government and housing associations. In a number of roles he has managed business process change as well as systems change, managing people’s expectations as well as the actual changes. Having been involved with a number of company acquisitions. he has experience building teams and merging people from different company cultures.
Bens extraordinary skill in writing advanced telephony software applications is the cornerstone of Xarios Technologies product portfolio. Ben brings his 15 years’ experience to the lead of the development team ensuring applications are delivered in a timely fashion to meet market requirements. Ben holds both a Bsc and an MEng in computer science.
As Head of Channel Sales, Carlie is responsible Xarios’ direct resellers and product sales, with a primary focus on high-end solutions and sales. Carlie is backed up by our office-based sales team, who provide additional quote and sales support, enabling Carlie to provide demonstrations and on-site support to our resellers and their customers. Carlie’s product knowledge and industry experience allows her to recommend the best solutions and products to fulfil our customers’ requirements.
As Head of Distribution and Pre-Sales Support, Bill’s primary role is to provide support to our value added distributors. His experience working within the IT and telecommunications reseller community allows him to provide first-hand knowledge in pre-sales, best implementation practises and solution design to our value added distributors. Bill also provides direct support to customers when custom software or IVR solutions are required, liaising with the Xarios development team to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, on budget and to requirements.
