Today your receptionists answer the call, then search for the correct patient record on the EMIS application – our EMIS integration does this for them, so when the phone rings, the telephone number of the patient calling will be passed to the EMIS application. If that number is recognized, the patient’s details will ‘Pop’ onto the receptionist’s screen.
Surgery staff viewing patient records containing telephone numbers can use the ‘Highlight & Dial‘ feature to automate the dialing process, saving time and eliminating mis-dials.
