Xarios engineering staff strive to ensure rapid service incident resolution. Once an issues is logged with the service team the progress can be monitored via the online Partner portal.
Xarios provide a comprehensive range of technical training courses on all its applications. Additionally Xarios can offer ‘1 to 1’ training sessions for your end user customers who need training on some of the more sophisticated applications, notably the Quality or call scoring modules of the call recording application and setting up and managing the outbound dialler application within Campaign Manager. Training can be provided, either via a web conference or on site.
