Support Desk

The Xarios Support Desk provides the first point of contact for resellers who require any form of professional service or support.

Fault Resolution

Xarios engineering staff strive to ensure rapid service incident resolution. Once an issues is logged with the service team the progress can be monitored via the online Partner portal.

Sales Support

The Xarios Business managers are available to assist resellers and other partners in demonstrating, specifying and pricing solutions that deploy Xarios applications. Contact the sales support department for assistance.


Remote Support
